How to earn it
Qualifying
- Check in and complete a shift. A day counts once the business approves your attendance.
- Reach 120 approved working days. They do not have to be consecutive, and they carry across outlets.
- Keep your KYC and address current — we ship to the address on your profile.
- Claim from the app when the milestone unlocks. Delivery follows within 21 days.

Good to know
Do the 120 days have to be in a row?
No. Approved working days accumulate. A gap does not reset your count.
What counts as an approved day?
A shift you checked into on the platform, which the business then approved. Attendance corrected and approved later counts from the date of the shift.
Does work for more than one business count?
Yes. Days are counted against you, not against a single employer.
What if I change my address?
Update it in the app before you claim. We ship to the address on your profile at the moment of claiming.
Is this the same for the Business app?
The ladder rewards partners for verified working days. In the Business app you can see which of your team members are approaching a milestone.
The fine print. Rewards are earned on approved working days recorded on the Felicet platform and are issued to the verified partner account that earned them. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Colours, models and specifications may vary with stock. Felicet may change or withdraw the programme with notice in the app; days already earned are honoured. Shipping is to serviceable pin codes in India.
