Who qualifies
What counts as a referral
- New to Felicet — they have not held a partner account before.
- Your code at sign-up — entered when they register, not added later.
- KYC complete — Aadhaar and PAN verified on their profile.
- 30 approved days — shifts checked in and approved by a business. They need not be consecutive.
- Both accounts in good standing — no open fraud or attendance investigation on either side.

Good to know
How many people can I refer?
As many as you like. Each one that reaches 30 approved working days pays ₹5,000.
When exactly do I get paid?
The credit appears in your wallet after the thirtieth approved day is confirmed. From there it withdraws like any other balance, to your verified payout account.
What if they stop before 30 days?
Nothing is paid, and nothing is lost. If they come back and keep working, the days they already earned still count — the reward is paid whenever the thirtieth lands.
Can I refer someone who works at my own outlet?
Yes, as long as they are new to Felicet and they enter your code when they sign up.
Do they need to work for one business?
No. Approved days count across every business they work for.
Is the ₹5,000 taxed?
Tax is deducted where the law requires it, and the amount credited is shown in your wallet statement.
The fine print. The referral reward is paid to the verified partner account whose code was entered at sign-up, once the referred partner reaches 30 approved working days recorded on the Felicet platform. It cannot be exchanged or transferred, and is paid in wallet balance. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and accounts created with false identity documents earn nothing and may be suspended. Tax is deducted where the law requires it. Felicet may change or withdraw the programme with notice in the app; referrals already completed are honoured.
