Before you download
Does it cost anything?
No. The Felicet Partner app is free for partners. You are never charged to find work or to withdraw what you have earned.
Do I need an Aadhaar card?
You need to complete KYC before you can be paid. Aadhaar and PAN are how we verify that, and the documents are only used for verification.
Can I work for more than one business?
Yes. Your profile, your attendance record and your wallet follow you, not an employer.
What if my check-in fails?
Raise an attendance correction from the Attendance screen. It goes to the business for approval and the change is logged against the shift.
Which languages does it work in?
You choose a language at first launch and can change it later from your profile.
